Buying authority: most have direct influence over their team's CI tooling and runner spend (the entire reason they read depmedic). All numbers measured on Cloudflare Web Analytics + npm weekly stats; no third-party trackers.

Sponsor one issue of the depmedic weekly newsletter (Cut Your CI Bill, est. launch May 2026). "Sponsored by you" header, ~80-word ad slot in the body, link with UTM tracking. Subscribers are vetted: every signup confirms double-opt-in via Resend. Scheduled out at most 8 weeks ahead; first ship date emailed within 24h of purchase.
Once subscriber count exceeds 500, this becomes a recurring weekly slot at the same price.

- No sponsored content / no sponsored blog posts. Editorial stays independent. Period.
- No tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, no email scrapers. Sponsor links use a single `?utm_source=depmedic` parameter, that's it.
- No competitor exclusivity bundles. Two runner-provider sponsors can coexist; we'll just rotate the order.
- No category-monopoly slots: max 2 sponsors per category (e.g., max 2 CI runner alts) so the page doesn't become a single-vendor showcase.
