"depmedic" refers to the open-source CLIs (depmedic, ci-doctor, cursor-rules-init, gha-budget, pin-actions) published under the depmedicdev-byte GitHub organization, plus the digital products sold through polar.sh/depmedicdev. The operator is reachable at depmedic.dev@gmail.com.
Every CLI we publish to npm is MIT-licensed. You can use them, fork them, vendor them, redistribute them. They run entirely on your machine, do not phone home, and do not collect telemetry. There is no warranty - see the LICENSE file in each repository.
The pages at depmedicdev-byte.github.io are static HTML. The in-browser tools (audit, budget, calculator) run entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or log the YAML you paste in. There are no analytics scripts and no cookies set by us.
Digital products sold through Polar.sh (cookbooks, rule packs, system prompts) are delivered as downloadable files via the URLs in the order confirmation. Refunds are available within 14 days for any reason - email depmedic.dev@gmail.com with your order ID. Templates inside paid products are MIT-licensed unless explicitly marked otherwise; written content is licensed for the buyer's personal and team use, not for resale.
The @depmedic account on X publishes notes about the CLIs, the cookbook, and CI cost research. It does not solicit private information. We never DM first, never ask for credentials, and never ask for payment outside of Polar.sh.
Don't reverse engineer, redistribute paid product content for resale, or use the CLIs to violate other people's rights. Don't claim our content as your own.
Provided as-is. The CLIs ship with no warranty. We do our best to make the cost estimates and rule severities accurate, but they are estimates, not invoices. Verify against your actual GitHub billing before making decisions on real money.
If these terms change in any material way, the change will be announced on the homepage and the date above will be updated.
